Chakradance Kids is a 9 week social and emotional learning program for 3-6 year olds that nurtures whole child development through play! Interweaving signature storytelling, kiddie yoga, dance, creative artwork and mindfulness, our classes foster confidence, creativity and self-expression while teaching invaluable tools for resilience, personal empowerment and emotional regulation.
